A few answers to the questions we get about FunkyBikes and the products featured on the site.
What is FunkyBikes?
FunkyBikes is a product discovery website for bikes, e-bikes, electric scooters and cycling gear. We bring products from retailers together in one place so you can discover something that suits you.
Can I buy products directly from FunkyBikes?
No. FunkyBikes is primarily a discovery and affiliate website. When you choose a product, the link takes you to the relevant retailer, where the purchase is made directly with that retailer.
Are the prices on FunkyBikes up to date?
We receive product information and prices from retailer feeds and try to keep the catalogue useful and current. Prices, availability and specifications can change, so always check the retailer's website before purchasing.
How do I find a particular bike or product?
Use the search box in the header or choose a category. You can search for product names, brands, types of ride and other useful terms.
Does FunkyBikes recommend every product shown?
Not necessarily. Products are included because they are relevant to the categories and audience of FunkyBikes. You should check the retailer's full product details, specifications, reviews and terms before buying.
Why did I get sent to another website?
That's normal. FunkyBikes works with retailers and affiliate programmes, so product links may take you to the retailer's website to view the full listing or complete your purchase.
How does FunkyBikes make money?
Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase or complete another qualifying action, FunkyBikes may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
Can I suggest a product or retailer?
Yes. We are building FunkyBikes as a growing product discovery site, so useful suggestions for products, brands and retailers are welcome.
