🚴 Trek Super Commuter+ 8 E-Bike – Upgraded, Bosch Checked & Immaculately Maintained I’m selling my 2019/2020 Trek Super Commuter+ 8 – a premium Bosch-powered commuter e-bike that has been professionally maintained and extensively upgraded with over £1,500 worth of quality components. I bought the bike when it was around a year old from the original owner, who had purchased it new but had used it very little. He also upgraded the bike with the excellent Bosch Nyon computer. The bike has been extremely well looked after throughout my ownership. ⸻ ⚙️ Bosch Motor Service & Update A few years ago I took the bike to Baker Street Bikes in Brighton, a Trek/Bosch dealer, specifically to have the Bosch motor serviced. At the same time, they carried out the Bosch motor software update available for this generation of Performance Line CX motor, enabling the full 85 Nm of torque. The motor has performed faultlessly since and has not required any further work. ⸻ 🔍 Bosch Diagnostic Report – 28/07/2025 For additional reassurance, I subsequently took the bike to Balfe’s Bikes Gatwick/Crawley for a full Bosch diagnostic check to make sure the bike, motor and electrical system were all operating correctly. The Bosch system has no known faults or issues and the motor has been professionally serviced during my ownership. There are a few minor cosmetic marks consistent with its age and use, which I’ve tried to show clearly in the photographs. This has been a fantastic bike and the upgrades have made it considerably better than the original specification. I’m only selling because I no longer use it enough to justify keeping it.
